    8. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation

Zoozy Jars is sold as a flexible subscription with deliveries every 14 or 28 days, depending on your dog's plan. By placing your first order you agree to recurring charges until you change or cancel the subscription.

Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card details — Stripe securely handles and stores all payment information in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Before each renewal, Stripe sends you an email reminder a few days in advance with the upcoming charge date and amount, so you always know what to expect.

You can manage your subscription at any time in your customer account at zoozyjars.com/account — change recipes, portions or delivery frequency, skip a delivery, pause or cancel with one click. No phone calls, no hidden fees.

Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. Orders already paid for will still be delivered.

    9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Please review this page periodically for any updates.
